My six year old son has been constantly complaining about a headache "on the sides". What could he be talking about? Do children know how to accurately describe their headaches, and when do I know to take him into the doctor, or even the ER? What do you reckon I should do in a situation like this? He hasn't got a fever or anything.

I suggest you make an appointment for him to be looked at. Only take him to the ER if he says they are really bad. The last thing you want is your child not feeling well. I think its a good idea for him to get looked at just to make sure nothing is wrong. It could be a sinus problem since you have sinus glands on bothside of your forehead but im not really sure. Its definetly not something you want to ignore.
