Hi I'm 25 years old and I do suffer from anxiety but this past month I've been getting this pressure like headache like it feels as if my head is being squeezed but just recently I've been experiencing sharp pains in my head that come and go but when I get that sharp pain it come out of no where and make me feel sick or like faint like. Idk what to do anymore. I have a 1 year old and it seems like I can never do anything because I always have a headache.

Have you gone to your doctor to have your self checked out? , Get complete work up, Blood, Ct or x-rays , if your doctor thinks you need it.
When are you getting these headaches? . are you sitting and suddently you stood up?, if you do thats your blood rushing to your head. Your heart is trying to get blood where it needs to. How is your sleeping pattern?, Are you getting enough sleep?
I too suffer from anxiety to hypochondria. How did yours start?
