Hey am 17 years old and for the passed 3 years I have been having this headaches which have worsened recently I really don't like medicine and I just usually drink water for treatment. But there becoming worse and my eyes hate terribly I haven't really seen a doctor because of the tendency to dismiss such as minor issues and prescribing pain killers literally all the time.any help or advice?

Most of the time it's just its puberty I had that problem too but just get a hot or cold compress and it will feel a lot better
