I am a 37 year old female with many of the same symptoms as a lot of you. I've displayed symptoms since my early teen age years, and did not get diagnosis until my mid to late twenties.
I have something called interstitial cystitis. Symptoms include severe abdominal pain, bladder cramping, severe menstrual pain, in my case migraines, frequent urination, sometimes painful or difficulty with urination, often accompanied by frequent changes in bowel movements (constipation and diarrhea), fatigue, thirst, dry mouth... There are others, and every case can be slightly different. It's becoming more visual now in the medical field, but I think people still have a hard time getting proper diagnosis.
A good obgyn might be able to perform one of the accepted tests. I had a potassium chloride test done, and it's not pleasant. The liquid is inserted into the bladder via catheter, and you test positive if it triggers your symptoms. I burst into sobbing years instantly, so it was an easy diagnosis for me, but previously I had been told probably endometriosis or diverticulitis.
Certain foods will make this condition worse. Gluten, even if you aren't celiac, can worsen Symptoms. Highly acidic foods will wreak havoc on symptoms, so eliminating coffee and any tea that isn't herbal is a must. Caffeine has to be eliminated. No more citrus. Red tomatoes. There's an over the counter medication called prelief that makes consumption of acidic foods more tolerable, but it isn't perfect. The common treatment is a drug called Elmira, but I've found herbal teas that I mix myself work better and are more soothing to my bladder.
I treat my migraines separately with a neurologist, as I am also narcoleptic. The ibs symptoms related to my IC are treated by diet maintenance. It is estimated that many more women, and even men, have interstitial cystitis than are diagnosed, but because the general population isn't aware of the condition, they don't know to ask for diagnosis. It is more prevalent among women than men. The cause is as of yet unknown, but some theories have linked it to having had mono previously, having had a catheter previously, or having been a bed wetter as a child.
If you feel like you've tried all other options, and still are not getting results, I encourage you to discuss the possibility of interstitial cystitis with your doctor. There is no cure, but there is pain management and care to help make every day living tolerable.

I have had all of these symptoms and was diagnosed with post nasal drip. It can cause a domino effect of other illnesses. Keeps you up all night makes your throat sore gives you indigestion, acid reflux, loss of appetite. Not eating or sleeping can cause bowel movements to become less regular therefore giving you abdominal cramps.

I am 24 I have been having similar problems nausea, lack of appetite I barley eat a meal a day the smell of certain foods I can't stand. Everything I can eat is really plain and I feel stuffed almost immediately after eating sometimes I get diarrhea and I wake up feeling like I have barley slept I feel weak often my joints in my wrists and ankles feeling like they are half asleep and I have been like this for almost 6 months. For awhile I was vomitting nearly everything I ate to the point where I had a Mallory Weiss tear in my stomach and threw up blood that's been fixed now but still having problems dry mouth always thirsty and still having headaches nausea can barley eat .....I sorta think my back problems are the cause I have two bulging discs in my lower spine and disc degeneration and disc dehydration. I basically feel pregnant minus the pregnancy part. I feel like I have been living at the doctors but I'm not getting any better.

I have been dealing with GI Issues since 1996, I feel your pain. I am not saying this will fix you but for me it has been a god send. I get Young-living essential oils, I put a few drops of peppermint on my tummy, and in my tea if I want it to help faster. I use wintergreen on the back of my neck and behind both ears and that takes away my head aches. I also use this stuff called PANAWAY. Young living is the only one who has it. It really helps with the pain. do not ask me what is in ti but this works for me. I also put a few drops of "relax" on my bead sheets to, for lack of a better term, calm my angry guts!! I have Barrett's and Colitis. again I am not saying this is the cure all. It just helps me get through each day.
