I had my Mirena IUD removed after 2 Years of dealing with anxiety,headaches,depression,bloating,weight gain,etc. Starting right after the insertion. Decided to get it removed 12/24/15. All symptoms subsided except bloating and headaches. I started bleeding Christmas day which included blood clots and heavy bleeding(TMI I know,sorry). It is now 2/18/16 I am STILL BLEEDING! Finally called to make an appt.  7.5weeks of this c**p. It makes me light headed,constant headaches and bloating still. Hopefully they can figure out what is going on, but honestly expecting to hear that this is 'Normal" bc no-one wants to take responsibility for recommending something that clearly is not supposed to be in people. I will never in my life tell any female that this is a good alternative to condoms. Pay attention and know your body,your the only one who does 100%.
