Heavy bleeding and clots after stopping depo and missed periods

I miscarried last year in early August, so I decided to start birth control to give my body a chance to regulate itself. I had my first Depo injection in November of last year. I hated the symptoms I got from it (bleeding for 3 weeks non-stop, weight gain, no sex life because of the bleeding) so I didn't get any other injections, which was supposed to be between February and March. My period didn't come on again until the last day of April and it was horrible! I was bleeding so heavily that I had to wear a child's Pull-Up! It lasted for a little over a week and after that, nothing. I got pregnant in June of this year but I miscarried around 7 weeks. I only passed a few clots and then I stopped bleeding altogether. I began bleeding again in September and it lasted for about 2 weeks. It stopped for about 2 weeks and now its back and its stronger than ever. I'm passing clots whenever I stand up, I don't want to go outside for fear of messing up my clothes. I was checked for fibroids in July (they run in my family) and I was negative. Am I just having symptoms from getting off of the Depo or is it something more?
