Hematoma on the upper left calf, and 2 months later pain is much worse

I had s biopsy done of my thigh and my serel nerve (nerve behind my ankle), this was about 2 months ago, right from the recovery room my leg began to swell and I ended up with a hematoma on the upper left calf about the size of half a tennis ball. It's been Extremely painful and although my entire leg swelling went done some, it is now beginning to swell again with extreme pain running behind my knee around my calf and into my foot. My foot is huge, I've had 2 ultra sounds looking for a dvt, does anyone know what could be going on, I cannot hardly walk, put a shoe on or sleep....
