i jus notced that i got hemriods about a week ago . what do i do ? ive been takin some laxitives an eating salads cuz i heard vegatables soften you stool? what can i do to get rid of them before it gets worse. i think it might only be at the first stage or something because its not that big an it only hurt for the first day. please give me some advice so i can be free from hemriods!
