Well I am not sure that I understand your question well enough. You want herbs to help your brother to change the gender or you want herbs to prevent him from doing this?
Anyhow, as far as I know there are no herbs for either of this, so you will have to accept your brother’s decision. It is probably hard to live with person who needs professional help, but try to be supportive as much as you can. Imagine how he must be feeling and maybe his therapist has helped him to find real him.
