I have palpitations and I don’t know how to deal with them. I have heard that high calcium might be helpful. Doctor said that these are PVC’s and I shouldn’t be worried, but I am.

I had experience with them too. They also told me that those are PVC’s but I am so tired of it. I cut off caffeine and alcohol. I am taking high cal/ mag, avoiding sugar, refined flour. I am really concerned because PVC can be associated with serious heart disease, but they comfort me that vast majority are benign and do not requite treatment.

I would consider stopping all supplementation for a while unless your doctor has identified deficiencies. Too much calcium can be a problem. I seem to have far fewer symptoms now that I have stopped taking a multivitamin.

I am a 55 yr. old women. I was low on VD and calcium 2 yrs ago. my bone scan wasn't good. They said take VD and calcium. Now I'm throwing PVC's and I am concerned. My calcium is up in my blood. I am ADHD, usually full of energy, but I'm so tierd all the time. Not normal. Bellly and joint pain. HELP
