hiya am 14 year old and having non stop bleeding with extremley amout of blood, what is it?

I'm 14 too, an I've been bleeding for a year and a month now, sometimes it's light and sometimes it's really heavy and also blood clots come out, I've been doing research online and it might be cervical cancer, I'm really scared
