I'm 12 and 105.5-106 lbs. All of my friends are skinny yet can eat all the Hot Cheetos and unhealthy foods they want and not gain weight!! My mom says I'm not fat at all and that when I'm older all of that will go to my breasts and butt but I can't wait that long! I am super embarrassed about my thighs and stomach. My friend says I'm skinny but I know I'm not. I try to exercise and eat less but I can't stop. I don't eat lunch at school anymore but when I get home all I do is raid the pantry. What can I do to stop my overeating?

Hi im 12 and I weigh 159 pounds and I want to lose weight I'm going to Florida in two weeks and all i'm doing is gaining weight I feel like a hippo sometimes it on my friends and people at school because everybody skinny I tried to eat healthy I tried to exercise even try to run and dance but if you're not working I even tried to not eat as much and eat vegetables and fruits and try to eat lots of junk food which is bad but still yet bad I don't know what to do please help

There is no way a person could lose weight in a month without getting ill or seriously harm their health.
Just be careful what you eat and start taking exercises. You may not like at it first but you'll see how fun and useful it is, especially, after you start noticing the changes.
And, finally - don't hurry to get older, you'll always manage doing it, but no one will ever get your happy childhood back. Good luck!

Hello......I'm 12 too.....and I'm 5'7 and weigh about 144 or 147....I have thickness around my belly and I hate the way I look. I kept telling myself that I look ugly and ask people If i was fat and they said no. But I made a
"to-do-list" and everyday when I wake up I get ready to go to the track and walk a mile or two.
I run 2 laps but sometimes I give up because it's hard to run without stopping.
I have a skinny friend too and I wish so very hard that I was skinny like her.
I do situps or crunches because for tweens like us it's very VERY simple to lose weight. 'Cause you know.....we are not 40:)
And I eat ice cream even though I shouldn't but I'm young and gotta enjoy 'dem sweats you know. ;)
All you have to do is exercise. It's fun once you make it daily.

Hello. I am 12, I weigh 110 at the moment but I started at 125 when I started this trick 4 days ago! There are 3 steps to this.
1. Eat healthy, at lunch I usually eat salad and some sort of vegetable/fruit. (This helps a lot! Not a lot of food but makes you feel full)
2. Walk/Run around your block. You don't even have to go that far!
3. Have smoothies EVERY DAY when you have breakfast. (Should have a lot of nutrients and protein powder)
That is all you have to do to lose weight!
