Hi there . I am 100 pounds . I never take snacks in between meals . For breakfast I have oatmeal. For lunch I only have fruits and vegetables. For dinner I have a starch a meat a salad and a meat with vegetables. I don't eat sweet and I exercise for half hour every morning. For half a week I do ballet and I still do comparisons . I run on a Saturday . But no matter how hard I try I CAN'T LOOSE WEIGHT . What can I do to loose weight? HELP

Hi, I'm 12 and I weigh 112 lbs. I have a lot of belly fat and I'd like to lose weight so that when I start school next year i'll be skinnier. I'm 5 foot 2 inches which is not bad but I'd like to improve. I have gained this weight in the past year and a half. I'm pretty physically with 14 hours of being active a week, and I'm not someone who relies on sweets and sugars although I do frequently eat chips. My mom said I'll grow skinnier in my teen years but I don't want to wait. Can someone please give me tips to lose 20 lbs-25 lbs?

Hi I am 15 and I had a similar problem. I know how it feels to be under that pressure every time you look in the mirror. I was 124 lbs when I was 12 at the height of 5 2 and I really was self-conscious. I liked this boy whom I thought sweet. i told myself if he really liked me he wouldn't care about my weight. So I went up to him and told him the truth of how I felt. He looked at me from head to toe and said. "have you looked in the mirror? Don't take this personally but your one of the fattest girls I know okay? Why would I want to date someone like you?" I cried for days. Then I told myself to not care what he thought because he was a bonehead. I was physically inactive until then. i first started the wrong way by starving my self but this led to me having no energy at all and making life itself a pain. then i found some better methods. i started running about 1/2 a mile a day and I raised those numbers as I got older. Then I started limiting my calorie count to 1600 a day. I went even lower eventually to 1125 a day. I got to cheat once a week with a big greasy meal and didn't affect me with my daily routine. I started doing push-ups and curl-ups and other excercises. at first I totally sucked at them but I started with a little and went up to a lot. DRINK WATER that is another important thing. It helps you lose weight really quickly. Follow these tips persistently and I promise you'll get a result. 4 months later I went down to 96 lbs. I am now 15 and am 5 foot 9 and I weigh 144. Every girl is beautiful but if you want to be healthy follow these tips. Work out for your health not your body.

Hi I am almost 13 and I weigh 117 and I get really self conscious. All my friends are skinney and when I look at me i just feel fat. Every night I check my weight and as of right now I am gaining 10 pounds in a SCHOOL YEAR! I don’t understand where I got fat because my mom is not fat and my dad is not either. All I want to do is to lose weight but every time I try to start a diet it fails within the first hour. If a genie were to grant me three wishes being skinney would be one of them.

I'm 12, 5'3 (160cm) and 61kg.. I've been trying to lose weight for over a year now but nothing ever helps. I sometimes feel like I'm not that fat but the truth is I am. I have a very low selfesteem because of my weight and face.. is it even healthy for a 12 year old to be 61 kilos?

I'm twelve in a couple days. I really want to become skinnier and stronger. Also more flexible but that's a whole other story. I'm 5'2 and 108 pounds but my legs and arms make me a little bulky. Anything helps... thanks

I'm Turing 12 this December and I weigh 94 pounds. I've been struggling with bullying bc of my weight sense 3rd grade, people would always comment on my legs, or my stomach and it would make me feel so terrible!! About a year ago I thought that if I became a vegetarian then I would loose weight. I lasted for about 7 hours or 8 months and just recently stopped. I weighed at least 103 pounds before I was a vegetarian and after a month I kept a steady weight at 98. After I stopped being a vegetarian and ate meat again I saw huge changes in my weight. I lost weight so much faster, I also gained weight a lot faster. About 2 weeks into eating meat again I weighed 103 pounds again, but for my early birthday present I got a treadmill. I use it everyday and I eat less. I know it's not good for me but I've stopped eating so much that eating makes me sick now. I don't eat breakfast, I barley eat lunch (sometimes I don't even have lunch) , and now I barley touch dinner. 94 pounds is the lowest point I've been at for years. I lost 6 pounds in 1 week. My friends tell me I'm skinny but in the mirror all I see is fat. Im trying my hardest to burn all the pounds I can. My goal is to reach 90 pounds by the end on next week. But that's gonna be hard bc thanksgiving is coming up. U should really try going to a gym or maybe eating healthier. Hope u saw this! Xoxo

Hi i don't know how this things works but i was wondering if i could get some advice. I just turned 12 and i am very active i try my hardest to be healthy, but even though i still weigh 125 pounds. I am in dance and i am practicing my dances all the time, working my self out, but i just won't lose weight. PLEASE HELP ME!!!
