i would like to know if the atkins diet work and if you can fry the meat instead of baking it and does it need to be white meat only



I'm a fan of the Atkins diet and have used it maybe a half dozen times through my life.  If I can too much weight, I rely on the diet to give me a jump start.  Two weeks, 15 lost.  Then I go back and figure out my diet again and how many carbs I can have.  The meat can be processed any which way as long as it doesn't have breading on it or sauces that contain carbs (no sweet sauces).  You can fry, deep fat fry it (no breading), sautee it, steam it, bake it or broil it.  Just remember to keep your sugar count below 13 grams.
