There is medication you can take if you really want to become taller than you normally would. :) Talk about this with your mother and tell her you want to get checked how tall you most likely will end up being and that you want to get something done about it now you still can. Hope this helps!

Hi,

There is nothing you can significantly do to your height. I'm sorry but there is no "pill" that can make you taller!

You still have plenty of time to grow, i think you'll be growing till you are 25. So, don't be impatient. I remember i really started growing when i was 17 and now i am 6" 3'.

I would advise you to engage in some kind of sport or exercises. Regular training will help your body grow in a better and perhaps a bit faster way. That is the best thing you can do for your looks at this age. Good luck.

If you're concerned with your height (and curious about your potential height) speak to your doctor who can set up an appointment to examine your bones/growth plates to provide you with an estimate of your full height. And don't be discouraged about being short, I was less than 5 feet tall going into high-school, and as a male it was difficult being one of the shortest of anyone (both males and females) around. Eventually you just come to accept it and be comfortable in your own body. I'm 19 now and I'm still only 5'7 but I've come to accept and appreciate the way I am.

Hi Guest

Supplements won't make you grow taller.
Your best bet is healthy eating and exercise your height is down to your DNA.
Trying to eat healthy and making good choices for exercise and avoiding smoking and drugs is your best option. Hopefully with being 15 all you need is more time to grow and develop.
Seeing your doctor would be worth doing just to make sure there are no health issues and your doctor can answer any questions you have about your growth and development.
When you started puberty also influences your height and development along with trends in your family if other members of your family are not very tall it might be the same for you.
Some people are just smaller and shorter the most important thing is that your healthy.
