I can't meet people's gaze at all!  i tried a lot of times to fix it but still it haven't fixed.

Also, when people try to touch my hair or other parts of my body, i get so much nervous and feel like bugs are crawling on my skin. Its really unbearable and i wanna overcome it.

It seems like people are getting fed up with me because of this and i don't want myself to be isolated.

Please help me !!!

Are you a male or female? I think that if you really want to overcome the feeling of being violated each time someone touches you, you're going to have to build up faith in yourself. Try spending more time going to family functions and also participating in contact sports. It seems that you may find more comfort in being alone than around others.

Why don't you try breaking out of your comfort zone? By this I mean have people feel you up (not in a sexual way), and that way your body gets use to the idea of other human being interacting with it. And if you can't meet anyone's gaze try staring into a mirror for half an hour every day. I use to fear people (since I beleived my eyes crossed-eyed) so I wouldn't look at anyone in the eye, but doing this made me start not to care. Don't make yourself myserable in the process. Hope I helped.
