i tried to drink the gelatin mixed with water but damn i couldn't even finish it it was the must repulsive taste and texture, don't torture yourself ladies. i ALWAYS have my period have tried every type of birth control (shot, patch, and pill) and NOTHING can regulate my period my ovaries are just messed up i guess nothing ever works for me and i just ate one and a half lemons and its gone!!
LEMONS WORK, DO IT! just eat the whole thing i literally peeled it and ate EVERYTHING besides the seeds, ate 2 large ones and my period is gone. MIRICLE!
