I need help. My BMI is dangerously low, but I'm, err, round. I eat healthy and I exercise and c**p, but I don't want to try to be thin, because then I'll weigh even less, and that would be super dangerous. Why is this, and how can I become less fat without losing half my weight? How can I weigh more without getting fat again? (Please don't say bodybuilding that's a waste of time)
