Though I was born in Western Europe, I have lived in India for the last ten years and I am married to an Indian. I work in a hospital and have seen many cases of syndactylic acrocephalosyndactyly over the years. I am under the distinct impression that syndactylic acrocephalosyndactyly is much more common here in India. Is this true? How common is syndactylic acrocephalosyndactyly in the West?
