Its been 3 years since i had my last child. My pregnancy pouch, never completely went away and though i can camouflage it pretty well, i really want to get rid of it. I considered a tummy tuck, but i do want to tone the rest of my body, especially my arms upper arms as and thighs. I am nowhere close to obese, i weigh 139lbs and im 5"3. For a busy mom, of 3 boys, and juggling full time college, where do i start?
