Feel you my guys, my balls have always had the high-and-tighty kind of vibe to em; especially when sh*t gets cold, my whole crotch era looks like it time-traveled back to when I was 12 (minus the hair). I found a few things to help the ole' boys loosen up some:
1.) Breathe. Legitimately, doing some deep in/out breathes helps a TON since a lot of times, your sack is shriveled up due to lack of blood flow. Would also say yoga, but I doubt anyone will work-out to loosen their balls up
2.) Massage the base of the sack using your thumb and middle (or index) fingers for like, 30-45 seconds with something warm. Do it like your actively trying to pull your testes off (no pain should be felt, so chill if you were about to go there).
3.) I haven't really done this much, mostly because it doesn't particularly bother me much, but you can also slowly stretch your ballsack out some with a daily routine of number 1&2 combined for about 15 minutes. Had to do this when I was a bit younger because my over-active cremaster muscle combined with some tight a$s balls would always made my testicles retreat into my body like they lost a war; it works well enough and can get you an inch or two on your ball swings, but unless it truly bothers you or annoys you consistently, there's no need to worry about it.

Having fat nuts seems fun, but it only leads to pain, the constant fear of zipping them up, and worse blue balls; we've got the greener grass, trust me lol

Yeah I hear you man ,, it is so annoying tbh.
I never had this issue till I moved to Calgary 4 years back on Feb and temperature was - 28 .
My balls went tight and up since that day lol ,, it hang down occasionally but not like before.for my case It is a climate thing , and you always can get ball stretcher etc. Cheers Mate

I am 62 and I still have tight balls. I can't explain it and no else can as far as I can tell.

I have been stretching my balls for about a year and a half. I have used different methods: hand stretching (when they're warm), stetchy silicone rings, wooden rings (kind of rough, effective, but not worth it imho), weights, foam split tubing cut to length, and oxballs stretchers. I think the oxballs are the best, they have different sizes so you can work your way up, or down. The foam tubing is also a good cheap way to go, and allows infinite adjustment on length. It takes time to go slow and do it right. I don't ever stretch at night. Results: my balls now hang lower than my penis when I get out of the shower. I can get 4 or 5 inches of stretch for shorter periods, and can wear a 3" stretcher all day with no issues. Hoping to get to where I can wear a 6" leather stretcher all day with no issues.

I too have tight sac and balls never hang. Also when flaccid my penis is barely over an inch.

I am the same, always tight as heck, I put a hand warmer in my tighty whities where you pee out of and shazam, they relaxed 3 in. I am wearing a hand warmer every day now.

Mine have been tight my whole life, even had a surgery to release the cremaster muscle, now I put a hand warmer in my whitie tighties where you pee out of, holds it right against my balls and does the trick, hangers now, I use one every day now.

I’m not a doctor, this is just my experience:
I have found when I stay hydrated, they hang, when I exercise regularly, they hang. They are tight when I haven’t drank enough, they are tight when I have to poop, they are tight when it’s cold.

I’m no doctor, but my experience is my balls are tight when I cold, dehydrated or have to poop or stressed.
They are loose when I’m warm, exercising regularly or hard/turned on, relaxed.

Apparently some people don't know that all men have tight balls at times and all men have saggy balls at times. This has mostly to do with the body's temperature control. Healthy sperm has to be at a certain temperature to function properly. When the balls are tight they need more heat from the body and when they hang lower they need less heat for optimal performance. Also, in my case, they are more tight earlier in the day and hang lower in the later hours. Not sure what that is all about but maybe you and your s/o are getting together the same time of day, when he is tighter?
