i am almost 13 and weigh like 90 pounds. i should not weigh that much tho it may seem minimal. i am very short and small boned so why am i flabby? like i have just FLAB on my hips and tummy, mu thighs r huge. this is embarassing but i also have a big butt. anyone know how to help with this? good foods, excercises, etc?
