How much do you weigh? How tall are you? Look up in Google what is my BMI ,and it will tell you if your under weight, over weight, average. Talk to your docter and see what he or she says if your over weight they will most likley put you on a good healthy diet. Good Luck!:-D  :-|

I was a HUGE kid, I weighed almost 250lbs in the 8th grade and then 6 months later I had lost almost a hundred pounds and grown six inches! DIETS DO NOT WORK! They are made for people who are obese not just wanting to shed a few pounds, BUT I have heard eating things like grapefruit and pineapple or pickles with meals can help you digest your food better and help you lose weight also stress can cause a person to be unable to lose weight soooo don't worry about it! Be happy , eat food and you'll be surprised at your weight the next time you get on the scale!!! And if t's your tummy you want to tone do crunches!!! They work great!!! Good Luck and I am sure you'll be beautiful! Love yourself for who you are! NOT what you look like! The rest will fall into place...

Diet is a significant factor.
One easy way to change how your body is responding to food is to change the foods you're putting in your body. (It's a habit change, which may or may not occur as easy, but it's simple in the sense that you're just changing what food does or does not go in your mouth).
Gluten (wheat, processed foods, bread, pasta, etc) is an inflammatory agent and causes the body to gain/hold weight.
Sugar is an inflammatory agent and does the same, plus more negative functions in the body.
You may be surprised what will happen if you just cut out sugar and gluten.
