How do you know that you overdosed on cocaine?

Because it is a stimulant, the risks of excessive (or even moderate) cocaine use are caused by the stress on your heart and circulatory system. These include strokes, heart attacks, hemorrhages etc. If you have chest pain, dizziness/fainting, numbness/difficulty moving parts of your body, extremely rapid heart beat and/or irregular heartbeats, seek help immediately. Other signs of an overdose can be hallucinations/delirium, paranoid delusions, itching and fever.
Even without any single overdose, cocaine can slowly wear out your heart and blood vessels until they fail. If you find yourself binging, I think it's time to get some help. Coke addiction is bad news.
