It looks like I am having problems with the salt in my body. I have hyponatremia, as doctor calls it and I would like to know how it is treated. I received some diuretics but I am not so sure if that would be enough. I would just like to hear if there are some additional meds I can use. Thanks.

Well, it is a good thing that you so not have to take anything else beside diuretics. Those meds will help you eliminate extra fluids from your body, which should regulate your natrium (sodium) level. So stop searching for anything else, go with the prescribed therapy and hope that it will help you. If that does not happen, then there is a high possibility of some underlying condition.
