I had sex a few days ago and I'm really scared of being pregnant, I missed one pill during taking it this month. Will that make any difference?

I presume that you have consulted with your doctor before you have started with birth control pills? Using pills and condom is definitely best idea because pills protect you only against pregnancy and condom against sexual transmitted diseases and pregnancy. If you miss one pill on the certain day than the next day you drink two. But if this happens more than once than you are not safe anymore.
So you didn’t use condom this time or you have forgot to drink the pill or both?
If it is only one of this I think that the chances you are pregnant are pretty low but if you have forget both and your partner did ejaculate inside of you than it would be wise to go to the pharmacy and buy a home pregnancy test.
