I just quit smoking yesterday, Ive been smoking a lot for about the last 7-8 months, like, 3-4 bowls a day. Im 6,4 and weigh about 220. I have done research, and from what I found, its going to take almost 90 days to get out of my system, But heres the thing, I need it out in about 40 days. All of the research ive done seems pointless because everyone I talk to in real life tells me im fine after 30 days (friends/Parents) I know this is probably wrong. I just wanted to know what I can do in the next 40 or so days (July 1st) what I can do to get the THC out of my system. I mean is drinking lots of water and working out and sweating going to do it? Is it that easy or what? Thanks, any other helpful tips or advice is GREATLY appreciated. Thanks.

90 days is about right, but to speed it up (it helps but not a guarantee) take a lot of vitamin b complex and folic acid, drink lots of water, exercise a lot, and thats just about it. Your body just needs the time to flush it out since THC is attached to your fat cells.
