Im 13 and i am about 160cm and i weigh 110lbs how many calories do i need to loose per day or week to loose 11 pounds in 4 weeks?

Things are little bit more complicated than "losing calories", but your goal of losing 11 pounds in four weeks is completely realistic. So, this is how it works: you are now, roughly, eating 1500 calories each day. If you want to lose this weight, all you need to do is cut this daily calorie intake for about 250 calories. And to give you idea how much 250 calories is, it's about one not-too large slice of pizza. And it all depends on what are you eating now. Maybe it would be enough to put little extra exercise in, instead of cutting the calories.

Losing weight is a process where you need to spend more calories then you intake. So you have to understand that you need to first find a diet where you will eat healthy and have enough calories to function normally, and then you can consider working out to lose more calories so you will get thinner. You are very young and your body is still developing and you will notice more changes in next few years then you will have in your entire life, so be careful what you do with your body. Talk to your parents about this as well and give them a chance to help you out.
