I have a question regarding pagophagia (pica in the form of excessive ice eating).

How much ice would be considered too much or excessive?

I know I suffer from bouts of anemia. I always have, but I have always wondered what is considered too much ice.

I usually go through a net wt bag of 16 pounds (7.26 kg) in a week. (Give or take a couple of days).

How much is considered excessive?
