Hello, I am 22 years old and I admit that exercising is everything to me at this point. This means that I practice 6 days in a week and that does require a lot of energy. I know that energy drinks could help me here, but how safe is to use those?

Well, it all depends on the chemical structure of each energy boost product. They usually put a lot of caffeine in it and that could be dangerous. If taken more than allowed caffeine could cause a lot of trouble. And this is only caffeine; there are also other substances in those drinks with questionable safety.
