Hi, my whole family is suffering already 10 years cause of my brother's PAPD. His marriage failed apart and relation with us always goes up's and down. He is constantly lying, can get very aggressive and even dangerous, very inconsistent, always excuses and blaming others and very manipulative.
We really don't know what behavior is exactly correct and handy in such case??? we try to hit him back sometime, when it was already on the borderline, but didn't really help, he doesn't want to admit that he is having a problem. Please advise what is the best way to approach him and help him to admit and get the treatment.
