On my last two runs (short distance midweek 2 milers) Ive gotten serious side stitch problems.
How should I correct these and not stop running.
Of late I just had a bit of a decrease in my time, from avg. 10min to almost 9 min avg? It has only been since this speed increase that I've started having this problem. Related or am I just hallucinating?
