Hi, new member, first post here. Let me start off by saying, its been about 4 years since I ran and even then I only ran the 800m (at about 1'50 with a personal best of 1'48). Since then I have fallen greatly out of shape (highschool made me gain about 50 pounds YIKES!) and I'm sick of it! I want to turn my life back around and get back into shape. Is there any hope to getting my times back down to the 1'50s if not even lower? Also would it be possible to do that while increaseing long(er) distance endurance? As I recently found the sport of triahtlons...
