I use to be in the military and got out 3 years ago. Back then I was running 3 miles in about 19 min.

Ever since I got out I never really kept up with that time and now run 3 miles in about 25 min.

What would be the best way to get back down to my 19 min time?

well, i'm assuming you're out of shape, so the best way to lower your time would be to just run regularly. start running 3 miles 3-4 times per week and your time will drop as you get in better shape.

if you are in shape, try adding some speedwork to get that speedy spring back into your legs. maybe try 800m repeats.
