HI I AM A 29YR FEMALE(5'7 & 175lbs MUSCLE MASS) WHO IS TAKING HER PQT TEST IN 3 MONTHS AND HAS TO RUN 1.5 MILES IN UNDER 12MINS...I RUN A 10:30-11MIN MILE PACE WHEN I RUN 6MILES BUT I RUN IT ON THE ELIPTICAL AND WHEN I GET ON THE TREADMILL I HAVE A 10-10:30MIN MILE BUT ITS HARE TO DO THE MILE. I NEED IDEAS AND HELP. I ALSO HAVE A HEALTHY DIET AND ONLY DRINK MAYBE 3 TIMES A WEEK WITH DINNER(WINE).
