So I've got a lot of friends that run which has motivated me to run and I could also start shedding some wieght, anyways, I need a good running schedule, the problem though is that I can only run for about 2 minutes at a time. I want to be able to run atleast 5 miles or so and if you know how to increase running speed, that would be a plus, although it wouldn't matter if I can't. Thanks!
