I have a great deal of problems and unpleasant situations with gassy runs. Sometimes I cant keep gasses and its very uncomfortable. My stomach is somewhat inflated and whenever I go to run I cant control flatulence. Does it have to do anything with running? What can I do to prevent these incidents? Maybe Im supposed to take some medications. Does anybody here have the similar problems?

I know exactly what youre talking about! Ive had these problems for over a year, and not only while running but in every possible situation. I didnt know what to do because I was afraid that it will occur during a date or in some other inappropriate situation. As I was fed up with that I went to see a doctor and he prescribed me a diet that regulated my bowel function and reduced this problem to normal range. You may have irritable bowel syndrome or maybe you inhale more air than necessary while eating and drinking. Certain food, such as, starches or certain spices can also cause this problem. Naturally, while youre running you cant control your muscles and its a bit bumpy for your stomach so that it leads to more intensive flatulence. Running cant be the cause for this disorder.
