i am 13 and i weigh about 120
i really want to get to about 110 for the summer and i want to look good, when all my friends have perfect bodys, whats a good way to loose 5-10 punds in 2 weeks.?

Just eat healthy. Lower your calorie intake--not to the point of starvation. Exercise--at least thirty minutes a day. Oh, drink water!! Lots and lots of water...
