I'm not going to say much except I'm 13 and 5'3 1/2 and I'm overweight. I'm embarrassed of how much I weigh and I really want to lose weight as fast as possible. I want to be able to wear my swimsuit in the summer and not be so self-concise. If you have any suggestions or exercises that I can do please help! Thank you.
