I am thinking of starting relaxing with meditation but I don't know how to meditate so would like to hear something regarding the ways of meditation and how is it supposed to be done. Would it help me to get relax and does it requires some special preparations or some kind of special knowledge? Thanks!

So those are some kind of rules how to meditate if you want to get the best out of any kind of meditation. You can meditate with some music or without it or you might use simple breathing meditation or mantra meditation that is the best for getting relaxed and consists of repeating the word or phrase you like the most and keep in mind you are constantly focused on your breathing, are free of negative energies and thoughts and when you are about to stop the meditation do it gradually becoming aware that you are getting back in the real world.
