hi im new
i mainly run for fun and when i get told to for highschool events but sometimes if i put too much weight on my ankles they just collapse and i fall over. this sometimes happens to me when i go down stairs or jump from even a short height. fortunately this has never happened to me whilst running but im always terrified it will happen when i run x country :(
does anyone know what i could do to prevent myself falling while running?
