I am an 18 yr old teenage boy, and i run track for highschool, im pretty quick i run the 100 in almost an 11 flat, but everyone says i have a very weird running form, my arms look funny and rotate circular instead of up and down
is it even possible to correct your running form, or will i always get made fun of when I run?
