Hi. I am a guy that is 19 years old and I am preparing for an upcoming semi marathon. This will be my first one, and I don't want to do something that I physically can not do. I want to prepare myself, but I have no real experience. Could you tell me how to really prepare myself for this marathon. I would be grateful for any information that you can give me.
