HI i have recently found a red bump on my penis.I have had it for about a week. I was able to pop it, but there is still part that is still there. Also i the skin around it has become inflammed a little bit, I think this is b/c i have been picking at it too much. I just am not sure if its a pimple in grown hair or a wart. It seems to have become smaller in the last few days. Can anyone Help?
