So around the base and my shaft I have about 8 to 10 little pink pimple like things on my penis.I hadn't noticed them before I shaved but got freaked out when I did.I managed to pop one and some grey discharge came out.It also bled for a bit but stopped.Its doesn't ich but I'm scared.Ive only had unprotected sex with one chick and she said she's OK.What is it please help.I have a picture also
