Hi, im really needing some help here. I believe I have parasites in going up into my chest and kedney area. I did 1 stoole sample and a blood test had an abdominal scan a couple years ago when I was having my second year of undiagnosed perforated appendix. Nothing showed.
I have since had my appendix out. It was cacooned and no longer attached to my body and they had to wash and vacuum out my ab.
The discomfort I get goes like an upside down T anyways. Would ova show on an ultra sound scan and if not what kind of test can I do because it's really affected my quality of life. Maybe a colonoscopy? Do they go far enough up to get the upper intestine? Oh also what kind of doctor am I looking for what do you call one that specializes in removing parasites? and what if they are too large to pass? This is scary business for me.
