okay so im uncircumcised and i have penile lumps on each side of my penis aswell as the weird white fluids within the foreskin. heres the thing. one of the bumps on my penis is bigger than the others but just recently ive noticed it get bigger its swelling up and its red now. worst part is now it hurts when it comes in contact with anything else... even my underwear. any1 have info on what this could b

It would appear that you have an infection, or certainly something that should be seen to be evaluated.
