I had my thyroid removed three day's ago due to cancer, and now I am reading all about weight gain and such. Now I am scared the hell that I will gain back the 50 pounds I've lost over the past 4 years. How are you doing now 11 month after the surgery? Did you get the weight gain under control? Please let me know I would like to hear from you how you're doing.
