I am 14 can I pull back the foreskin at the age 14 I did it before but it was sore for a few days and the foreskin went back so help??

Yes. You can certainly pull it back - if you are able to. Don't force it. Just pull it back as far as you can comfortably. You'll soon be able to pull it all the way back when erect.
It should slide up and down easily as an adult.
Note: you'll find the head to be very sensitive at first. This is normal and you'll get used to it.
