I am 22 and I have little hair in the nether regions and my penis is 3 cm flop and 1 cm round .4.1/2 cm hard and 2 cm round and it scary as all hell and to scared to ask a doctor wtf wrong down there any help plz at my wit's end

Some guys just don't have big penises AND some guys just aren't very hairy.

We can't tell if anything is "wrong." Likely not.

But, see your doctor for a physical. Your penis can grow into your early 20's as can body hair. See them NOW. If you keep waiting it may very well end up being too late.
